• 2021 Franchisee Giveback Award - This honor recognizes U.S. and Canadian franchisees and their teams who have served their local community by providing free or discounted signs and graphics, volunteering franchisee and employee time, hosting events and/or giving financial donations to local charities of choice or military veterans as part of the “FASTSIGNS Cares” initiative.

• Franchise Sales Recognition - This award honors franchisees, all of whom were mentioned over the past year as having been particularly helpful to prospective franchisees in learning what it’s like to be a part of the FASTSIGNS community.

In addition, Carmen Ruiz, franchisee at FASTSIGNS of Daytona Beach, was a panelist on the Diversity and inclusion Franchisee Panel: Women Leadership. Ruiz also spoke at the General Session and Keynote: Lean In to Diversity and Inclusion, where the new FASTSIGNS Diversity and Inclusion Committee was announced and shared their goals for the network. Ruiz also shared the success of local Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives through her Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce council and the impact it is making in their business community.
