Randy recently moved to the our customer service department after two years working directly with our large format printers. This experience makes him uniquely qualified to work with our clients for the best results on large format printing. Randy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UBC Okanagan and joined FASTSIGNS® in 2005.

Natalie joined FASTSIGNS® in 2007. She recently completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) at UBC. We are happy to have the benefit of her up to date training in the graphics field. Natalie is currently working part time on a MDES (Master of Design).

Meredith is the first voice you hear on the phone at FASTSIGNS®. She directs traffic at our front counter and assists customers in making decisions on the best type of sign for their needs. She also is an experienced sign maker and comes to us with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Paul is the franchise owner, and has been since its inception in 1996. He has been in the graphics industry for nearly 20 years and remembers well the days before computer layout and production. Paul has spent nearly his entire career providing products and services to other businesses, and knows well that great service is the key to success in that area.
In addition to operating a FASTSIGNS®, Paul has served on the boards of several local organizations, including Touchstone Theatre, Vancouver AM Tourism Association and the Vancouver Tourism Awards.

Ryan is in charge of the people and technology that get our projects done right and on time. Ryan has been in the sign industry since 1995 and has done every job imaginable from design through assembly and installation. He has been with FASTSIGNS® in Vancouver since 2001 and personally supervised the introduction of the technologies that transformed the business since that time.
Erxing Chen

Erxing is responsible for checking customer sites to ensure smooth installations and coordinating the actual work once the signs are ready. Erxing has been with FASTSIGNS® since 1998 and came to us with experience in a variety of sign and awning projects. He has been in the sign industry since 1990 and his background includes awnings, electrical signs and vehicle installations.
Jay Black
Full colour graphic design

Jay comes to FASTSIGNS® after a long history in the graphic design field, with previous experience in print, media and the fashion world. Jay can take a rough back of the napkin idea and turn it into something big and beautiful. He is also a specialist at preparing supplied art for the large format printing process. Jay's education includes graphic design training at VCC and Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Kwantlen College.
Simon Mulholland
Production
Simon is a key part of our production team as our lead signmaker. He was intimately involved in the design and production of some of our largest real estate project signs. He has been with FASTSIGNS® since 2002.
Doug Thoms
Large format digital specialist
The newest addition to the FASTSIGNS® Vancouver team is a new arrival from New York City. Doug has years of experience in graphic design from his time there and in Boston.
Ed Spence
Vinyl Graphic Design
FASTSIGNS® started in the sign industry by producing cut vinyl signs. Even in these days of large format printers cutting vinyl remains a key part of the industry. Ed is in charge of creating layouts and cutting vinyl in our vinyl department. He also operates our Gerber Edge printer, which is very well suited to short contour cut vinyl decal runs. Ed has a BFA from Okanagan University College and joined FASTSIGNS® in 2006.
