HP Designjet L25500

This first-rate, environmentally-friendly machine is our main production tool. It is the first sign and display printer with all recyclable consumables. As a result, all parts of a sign can be recycled. Utilizing the award winning HP Latex Ink technology, the printer produces outstanding image quality that is unmatched in its grade. The water-based inks allow output on a diverse range of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications. Prints come off the printer dry and ready for use, greatly reducing production time. In addition, decals and banners have high durability which is a prominent feature of all of our signs.

Summa Cut D Series S160

The versatile 64-inch vinyl cutter unites Summa S Class power and precision with an efficient drag-knife cutting head. It employs Summa’s most powerful servomotors and the MicroSprocket™ drive lets the machine cut with amazing speed, confidence and precision. Coupled with an astonishing array of innovations and built-in capabilities, this amazing instrument never fails to produce accurate vinyl lettering or decals with complex contours. Durable small-sized outdoor decals for machinery, equipment or hard hats are a specialty of ours.

Gerber EDGE

The EDGE machine employs thermal transfer technology, which uses heat and pressure to directly embed colour foils on to vinyl, outputting flawless prints that often surpass the quality of digital print. It created a revolution in sign making when it was first introduced in 1993. The device is able to produce white prints on clear vinyl, a product that not many can accomplish because of the rare amount of printers that are capable of outputting white ink.

Titan-165 Laminator

Our proficient laminator is designed to protect and enhance a wide variety of prints. The LCD interface coupled with electronically controlled temperature and speed settings ensure that jobs are professionally finished, thermal or cold. The heat roll design eliminates surface scratches on any films, including PSA. We offer a wide selection of laminates including anti-graffiti, luster gloss, dry-erase, matte and more.
