Vutek PressVu/UV Printer-

• Large format full color digital printing up to 72" wide, 1.5" thick
• Ability to print 2 sides of opaque base material
• Direct print to a variety of substrates such as banner vinyl, adhesive vinyl, poly-styrene, coroplast, foamcore, gatorfoam, poly-carbonate, alumalite, dibond, PVC, acrylic and more.
• Ability to print on "Green" products, including biodegradeable banner material.

ZUND Digital Flatbed Cutter-

• Cut any shape
• Able to cut alumalite, coroplast, kiss cut or through cut adhesive vinyl, PVC, acrylic, poly-styrene, poly-carbonate, foamcore, gatorfoam, and banner vinyl just to name a few
• Cut up to 1.5" thick

Seiko Color Painter 64S Eco-Solvent Printer-

FASTSIGNS® Glendale has recently expanded and that means we have new capabilities and products to offer you.

We are excited to add a Vutek full color UV printer, and a ZUND digital flatbed cutter to our already vast production capabilities.  Our VUTEK prints high quality photographic images up to 80'' wide on materials ranging from a lightweight banner vinyl to 1.5'' thick rigid materials.  Durable, flexible 3M UV-curing inks printed directly to the substrate eliminate the need for expensive finishes like laminates and mounting.  Costly dies are no longer necessary when using our new Zund precision cutter. Detailed contour cuts and accurate trimming are easier with the optical registration of each piece.

We are also pleased to announce the availability of the first ever biodegradable flexible vinyl and rigid material. Our medium weight 13oz. flexible banner material is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.  This revolutionary substrate is tear and fade resistant, and has a minimum life expectancy of 2 years.  If you need a rigid sign we now have a 100% recyclable densely structured honeycomb paper board. The X-Board is a rigid material ideal for POP, promotional displays or standing exhibits.  Strictly indoor use this board can be directly printed on 2 sides and cut to any shape.  Available in 4'x8' sheets it is the perfect size to maximize our manufacturing process.
