Rebranded Commercial Properties Gain Unique Look and Visibility

The Challenge

PS Business Parks is a commercial property management and leasing company. They wanted to rebrand each office park with its own look to better complement the surrounding area, but they did not want to commit the resources to replace all of their signs and graphics at one time.

The Solution

The Grove, The Mile and Prosperity were each provided with unique branding. To rebrand and identify the locations, all of the existing exterior signs were updated. FASTSIGNS® created custom designs to fit each brand look for the various sign types and sizes, which ranged from window graphics and parking signs to 10’ x 20’ billboards and dimensional letters on monument signs. Damaged signs had to be restored and painted prior to adding the new branded graphics. Twelve “tower-shaped” monument signs internally illuminated with LED lighting were retrofitted using aluminum panels with printed vinyl and laminated graphics.

The Result

The updated signs give the properties a more modern, professional and unique look and feel, which is appealing to tenants and people passing by. PS Business Parks used the rebranding of these three properties as an example to show their Board of Directors and investors the positive impact updating signs can make on their properties.
