With a rich family history in visual communication, Derion's expertise is deeply rooted; her late father laid the groundwork in the printing business in New York.
Embracing the chance to lead, Kim relocated from New York to Shreveport, where she spent a decade gaining sign industry experience. Her journey through various roles, from customer service representative to production and installation, culminating as an office manager, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Also joining the team is David Horton, a skilled Graphic Designer, and carrying on the family legacy, Kim's son, Ethan Youngs, will join the production team later this January.
