McGill-Toolen Catholic High School

The Challenge

McGill-Toolen Catholic High School began renovating locker rooms for their girls’ volleyball team and wanted to incorporate special graphics in acknowledgement of their state championship history.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS® created a wall mural that shows both past and present volleyball players. To honor each of the state championships won, signage was installed listing each accomplishment individually, as well as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for each winning season. Both were designed in a way that future championships and MVPs can be easily added.

As a reminder of their core values, the team’s vision statement and current goals are displayed on the wall with standoffs and decals, and on the floor with custom graphics. FASTSIGNS also provided nameplates for each locker and luggage tags for each player’s athletic bags.

The Result

The McGill-Toolen Catholic High School volleyball team has won more than 20 state titles in the last 40 years. The team’s values and goals are now visually communicated to the athletes through graphics that help blend their team pride and history with the present. The new signs and graphics also provided a fundraising opportunity with a dedication of the new locker room in which team alumni were invited.
