Remodeling to Serve Patrons: A Grace Church Case Study

The Challenge:

Grace Church in Roseville, Minnesota, underwent a complete interior remodel to meet two objectives: appeal to new members and keep existing congregants comfortable in the church they loved.

The Solution:

Large, easy-to-read words and images now fill the walls. Consistent use of red, white, black and gray across all graphic elements provides brand consistency in a bold, modern way. To make changing future wall images simple, FASTSIGNS® selected materials that allow for removal and replacement without damaging the walls.

A special interior décor vinyl helped create a wood-paneled effect for a large wall highlighting the digital check-in station at a fraction of the cost of real wood paneling. Frosted vinyl on half walls and windows adds a joyful touch and serves as distraction graphics.

The church map and directory, hanging signs and the combination of dimensional letters with arrows placed on walls all help guide visitors and members. A room identification system was designed with removable insert windows to accommodate the many different events and meetings that take place each month.
