Property Management Company Needs Rebranding for Newly Acquired Apartments

The Challenge

GVA Property Management needed to economically rebrand apartment complexes that they acquired. This included developing names and unique identities with branded logos, and then extending the new name and branding throughout each complex.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS® worked with the GVA Property Management team in establishing a new brand identity in over 20 communities in four Texas cities - San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston, and in Clarksville, Tennessee. Each property presented a unique opportunity; some required a complete signage revamp that included monument signs, building signs, directional signs, and pool and other safety signs, while other properties had existing foundations that could be used for a refresh project.

All of the locations needed parking signs, leasing office signs and mail center signs. Some properties needed banners to announce new ownership and leasing specials, branded flags, freeze warning signs, floor mats, window clings, dry erase boards, ADA signs for leasing offices and wall graphics.

The Result

GVA Property Management views signage as a way to add value to their properties by increasing name and location recognition, maintaining occupancy rates and creating a positive experience each day for their residents. FASTSIGNS has helped them drive increased phone calls, visits and leases.
