    POGUE CONSTRUCTION



The Challenge:

Pogue Construction rebranded to support their new organizational vision: Powered By People. To communicate, promote and live their refined mission, Pogue Construction needed to visually transform their signs, graphics and marketing materials.

The Solution:

FASTSIGNS® worked with Pogue Construction on a variety of sign and visual graphic projects over time, gradually extending their message to different brand touch points. Full vehicle wraps were designed, printed and installed on Pogue Construction’s semi-trailer, eight 46-foot office trailers and two 56-foot office trailers. All job site-related graphics and safety signs were also redesigned with the new branding.

In addition to mobile signage, FASTSIGNS helped visually transform Pogue’s headquarters with visitor parking signs and a wall mural for the employee gym. Yeti® cups with the new logo and tagline were given as gifts to employees and customers. A custom pop-up tent and table cover allows Pogue Construction to share their “Powered by People” message in person. Hard hat decals were created for Pogue Construction employees, with some customized for individual ground breaking projects.

The Result:

The rebranding and new logo design reinforces Pogue Construction’s new vision of "Powered By People." “With all of the new branded elements, they are able to visually communicate their focus on people,” explains FASTSIGNS’ Greg Bass. “Pogue Construction was able to attract and retain team members by focusing on a more family-based work environment and has experienced record sales growth, which they believe contributed to their being named the #2 best place to work in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area by the Dallas Business Journal.”
