An unexpected call came in on a Friday afternoon. Kristie, a mother excited about her daughter’s homecoming game, realized she missed the deadline to order a cheer banner.
With the game set for Saturday, she reached out, hoping for a solution but expecting a long wait. She shared, “Amazing company to work with. I called on a Friday afternoon in a panic because I missed an order deadline on a banner and needed it the next day. They let me know that chances were not good for me to get it in time. I went ahead and ordered it anyway, just to have it in the future…not only did I have the banner in time, it was delivered and hanging to my surprise…I can't tell you how happy this made both me and my daughter. I advised that I didn't think I would be able to get it done, due to it being so late on a Friday, but I told her to send over her daughter's photo. Shortly after that call, I advised my designer to go ahead and print her banner. The next morning (we were closed), I came in and prepared the banner. Knowing several people in the cheer/football program, I found out my neighbor would be at this particular game. My neighbor took the banner to the field, hung it, and sent Kristie a text advising where it was.”
