Wonderful to work with from the very beginning
I have been working with FASTSIGNS since last year on all of the signage for our new warehouse, and they have been wonderful to work with from the very beginning.
When we started this project, I reached out to about six different companies for quotes. Not only did FASTSIGNS come back with very competitive pricing, but they were also one of the only companies that really took the time to understand what we needed. This project was outside of my usual responsibilities, and Brandon, our sales associate, did a great job asking the right questions and helping me figure out exactly what we were looking for without making the process feel overwhelming.
Brandon showed up when he said he would, got quotes back to me in a timely manner, and I never felt like I had to track him down just to give them our business. They have been prompt, responsive, and genuinely so easy to work with.
One of the things that has stood out to me most is how much pride they take in their work. They aren't just trying to get a job done and move on to the next one. They care about how the finished product looks and about the organization they're working with. Their owner, Phil, even took the time to stop by our open house for our new warehouse to support us and see everything completed. That meant a lot and says a lot about the kind of company they are.
What started as signage for the inside of our new building has now turned into us using FASTSIGNS for additional branded signage and other projects as well. I really enjoy working with Brandon and the FASTSIGNS team because they make the entire process easy from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for signage!
