Faith Technologies is a national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation. After joining Faith Technologies as Director of Marketing, Kelly Chartre began developing a marketing and branding campaign to better communicate Faith Technologies’ strengths and position them for continuing success. With goals of improving client and prospect experience, industry awareness, job safety and simplified ordering on a national level, Faith Technologies approached FASTSIGNS® of Appleton.
“As Faith Technologies began this great undertaking of developing a multi-faceted branding and customer experience program, at Kelly’s recommendation, they brought FASTSIGNS® into the mix,” said FASTSIGNS’ Trevor Hauke. “We began the process with a few late night meetings to really spend time delving into their challenges and concerns, and then we developed broad-scope visual communications solutions.”
Faith Technologies broke ground on a new headquarters, which gave FASTSIGNS a blank canvas to help design a tour-ready facility with the sole focus on customer experience. FASTSIGNS developed a floor-by-floor visual strategy to drive home why Faith Technologies is different and leading the industry on a national level.
To accomplish this, FASTSIGNS produced multiple sign and visual graphic solutions that tell the Faith Technologies story. A combination of dimensional letters and multi-layered acrylic displays combine to feature Faith Technologies’ core values and project case studies. Wallpaper murals and canvas artwork emphasize the company’s focus on investing in and building an experienced team, and on providing comprehensive products and all-inclusive services.
FASTSIGNS fabricated display pods with acrylic standoffs and changeable magnetic receptive graphics to give visitors and customers an interactive experience during tours.
Carrying the new branding scheme throughout, FASTSIGNS now produces signs and graphics for all of Faith Technologies' job sites including dry erase boards, construction site signs, hard hat certification decals and electrical hazard awareness magnets. Creating a cohesive look among the sites and providing a streamlined process for ordering these resources enhances team efficiency.
The customer experience tours were implemented at the new Menasha-based headquarters for Faith Technologies. The signs and graphics help provide more visual impact during client visits, and the consistent look and feel of the branding elements provide a seamless tour experience for visitors.
“The simplified ordering for job sites has increased their productivity by having one contact (FASTSIGNS) to produce and ship in a fast and quality-controlled manner,” explained Hauke. “Their trust in us that the flat 2D renderings and material samples would come out to be stunning displays of design and engineering really speaks to the relationship we have been able to build.”
