Sold on Signs and Visual Graphics
The Challenge
In charge of managing the marketing and sales for the new on-campus hotel and convention center at Texas A&M University, Allyn Media wanted to showcase the project during football season as the location of the new hotel and convention center is across the street from Kyle Field. They also wanted to highlight the project in their marketing suite at Kyle Field, where most of the sales occur on game days.
The Solution
FASTSIGNS® installed 1,000’ of printed scrim fence. The fence graphics enhance the atmosphere around the highly anticipated completion of the new hotel and conference center.
In the Marketing Suite, full coverage wall graphics and acrylic standoff graphics give guests a sneak peek of what the new buildings will look like upon completion. In a mock hotel room, window graphics were installed to appear to be overlooking the beloved stadium. Frosted vinyl at the entrance provides privacy.
Both projects had very tight deadlines and were turned around in time for the upcoming football season.
The Result
The client has been very successful in securing season long reservations for the next year. They are hoping to have every room booked by the time the hotel opens.
