Boosting Client Appeal with Modern Design Solutions 

The Challenge: 

Hello Sugar, a national franchised company that was recognized on ENTREPRENEUR’s 2023 Franchise 500 List as a Top New and Emerging Franchise, wanted to decorate a new location with a modern and inviting design. 

The Solution: 

Hello Sugar brought in the FASTSIGNS® team to help, and they first consulted with the client to review branding guidelines. Together, they created a new vision that flowed perfectly with the existing brand, utilizing various design elements for all of the interior signage. FASTSIGNS also created large vinyl wall and door graphics with dimensional text for a full brand experience. Custom treatment room slider signs now decorate the once bland interior to bring a lively pop of color and style. When the client was encouraged by a company source to install cut vinyl graphics in more challenging spaces, FASTSIGNS guided them toward dimensional signage. The material shift allowed the client to reallocate their marketing budget toward more impressive products instead of labor costs. In addition to offering insight for their client, they also instilled confidence. When the team encountered a challenge on installation day, they immediately printed and installed a banner as a temporary replacement while the originally planned cabinet sign was being modified. FASTSIGNS also installed illuminated channel letters and a sign cabinet for impact. They also colorfully branded windows and the door with vinyl graphics. 

The Result: 

Bare walls were transformed into fun and inviting decor where clients are warmly welcomed into the spa. The high-end interior look translates well for the clientele, as they have received positive customer feedback. The owner was confident that the visual solutions would leave an impact, enticing existing and new customers to return.
