Village of Bourbonnais

The Challenge

The Village of Bourbonnais sought to help people find their way around this unique area composed of three towns blended together. After the Village consulted with a sign architect to create a wayfinding sign system on paper, they worked with FASTSIGNS to make the wayfinding designs a reality.

The Solution

FASTSIGNS® created detailed shop drawings. The team then worked with the Village, the sign architect, and the Illinois Department of Transportation

(IDOT) to ensure that everything was designed to have the desired look and also fit within IDOT’s guidelines.

The Result 

With three towns that blend together, the wayfinding signs that FASTSIGNS installed have helped to identify the boundaries and are an attractive way to help visitors know where to go for services. *This project was completed by FASTSIGNS® of Kankakee, IL.
