FASTSIGNS® of Crystal Lake, IL has recently joined in efforts with United Way of McHenry County to further the mission of uniting people and resources to build a stronger McHenry County through the #IPledge campaign. For every order over $500 placed in the first quarter at FASTSIGNS® of Crystal Lake, IL, the center will donate $25 to United Way.
The #IPledge campaign provides independent contractors, realtors, attorneys, direct sales professionals and small business owners the opportunity to pledge funds without having to run a traditional campaign.
United Way is driven by their mission to unite people and resources to build a stronger McHenry County. Their vision is that all human service needs are met in McHenry County and their values include being committed to lead with integrity, compassion, collaboration and accountability.

FASTSIGNS® of Crystal Lake, IL has also had the opportunity to work on vehicle graphics for Carole Peters. Peters and Kemp were connected on LinkedIn, and after Peters saw a posting on LinkedIn by the center showing what FASTSIGNS could do in regards to vehicle graphics, she inquired about the service. From there, the vehicle graphics project was born and ultimately completed.
“We have done a lot of work for non-profits in our community,” said Jody Kemp. “The United Way supports non-profits through fundraising and grants. We are able to give back to a large number of nonprofits by supporting the United Way. Also, the money stays in McHenry County so we feel good about supporting a local organization.”
