(FINDLAY, Ohio) June 2021 - FASTSIGNS® of Findlay, OH was named to the 2021 Ohio School Boards Association Business Honor Roll for the first year since their business began through Van Buren Local Schools.
Through this program, school districts nominate local businesses that support their districts. All businesses nominated by school districts are named to the OSBA Business Honor Roll for that year. OSBA assists districts in recognizing those businesses by sending personalized certificates the districts can use to honor businesses. Districts may nominate four individual businesses for any kind of support and one group nomination for a specific project where all businesses involved can be named, and there is no limit for the amount of businesses for the group nomination.
"Collaboration between public schools and local businesses strengthens schools and the business community alike by providing a well-trained and highly educated workforce," said Wanda Bloch, OSBA Marketing and Trade Show Manager and OSBA Business Honor Roll coordinator. "Local businesses play a significant role in supporting their communities’ schools, and this program is a great way for districts to recognize those businesses."
