KIDS’ TURN SAN DIEGO

KIDS’ TURN SAN DIEGO

Established in 1996 with a mission to “promote, support and secure the well-being of children who are experiencing the challenges of family separation”, Kids’ Turn San Diego changes family relationships in positive ways so children are happier. The programs include family workshops for separated and divorced families and counseling for children experiencing divorce or military transitions.

Kids’ Turn San Diego was one of Shane Beard’s first two philanthropic partnerships he was involved in when he purchased the Mira Mesa center in 2016. FASTSIGNS of Mira Mesa has provided directional signage for Kids’ Turn and donated signs for fundraisers as well. As an active organization in Mira Mesa, Kids’ Turn recently hosted a section of the stadium at a home Padres game.

Kids’ Turn fights for the children caught in the crossfire of divorce, educating parents on how to get along and keep the kids at the forefront. Shane Beard and his wife, who have a blended family, are both involved with this organization. As a Financial Mediator, Connie deals with the financial side of divorce and has a heart for helping children who have experienced a divorce. The team at FASTSIGNS of Mira Mesa looks forward to providing more signs and graphics for this organization in the coming years.
