With more than 25 years of experience in the signage industry, Jim has been a cornerstone of FASTSIGNS® of Pembroke Pines since joining the center in 2007. As the longest-tenured member of the team, he plays a vital role in delivering the responsive, detail-oriented service that has helped the center earn its strong reputation and consistently high customer ratings.

Jim manages client orders across phone, email, and in-store channels while ensuring projects move seamlessly between sales, design, production, and installation. He oversees quality control prior to pickup, coordinates out-of-area installations with trusted vendor partners, maintains supplier relationships and inventory, and keeps workflow aligned across departments. Known for his problem-solving mindset, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Jim works closely with the entire team to troubleshoot challenges, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results — a level of dedication that has helped shape the trusted relationships and strong reputation FASTSIGNS® of Pembroke Pines is known for today.

Anthony plays a key role in the production and installation process at FASTSIGNS® of Pembroke Pines, bringing a strong hands-on background in equipment operation, logistics, and site execution. With experience operating heavy machinery and supporting complex technical projects, he ensures signage is handled, transported, and installed safely and efficiently. Known for his reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail, Anthony helps deliver professional results that meet both brand standards and client expectations.

As Co-Owner and Operations Lead of FASTSIGNS® of Pembroke Pines, James oversees production, logistics, and project execution to ensure every client experience is seamless from start to finish. With more than a decade of experience at this very location, he brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong connection to the local business community.

Prior to becoming an owner, James spent over 10 years managing the shop’s back-end operations, coordinating production workflows, supporting installations, and building trusted relationships with clients throughout South Florida. His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality continue to shape the center’s reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

Together with Natalie, James is dedicated to growing their family-owned business through operational excellence, strong partnerships, and a long-term vision focused on building a lasting legacy within the community they have proudly served for years.

As Co-Owner and Strategic Growth Lead of FASTSIGNS® of Pembroke Pines, Natalie brings a forward-thinking approach to brand visibility and business development. With a background in technology consulting and marketing strategy, she views signage not just as a product — but as a growth tool that strengthens brand presence and drives measurable impact.
