Next Generation Program

Our Next Generation Program empowers high school and college students through hands-on paid experience in the signage industry. We develop young leaders through training in production, installation, and design. Join us to embark on a future in the signage industry.

Fairfax County Employment Programs

WISH Program: We partner with the Workforce Innovation Skills Hub to develop the local disadvantaged workforce. The WISH Center offers job skills, certifications, and supportive services, enhancing employability and connecting participants to job opportunities at FASTSIGNS. EYE Program: Through the Fairfax EYE program, we provide employment opportunities for youth aged 16-24. Participants gain workplace skills and explore career interests, preparing them for future employment.

FASTSIGNS Mentee Program

Marissa Eyon, our franchise owner and general manager, serves as a mentor for new FASTSIGNS franchise owners. Her dedication and expertise provide invaluable guidance and support, helping new owners achieve success. We are proud to have Marissa lead and mentor within the FASTSIGNS community.
