As the owner and general manager of FASTSIGNS Springfield, Marissa leads our team and upholds high standards of accountability and culture. Her years of experience in leadership and project management ensure the success of every order!

Elaine is our project manager, responsible for managing key accounts, scheduling installations, and obtaining necessary permits to ensure flawless sign installations.

Kristen is one of our lead graphic designers, collaborating with customers to create stunning sign designs and efficiently setting up layouts for the production team.

Skylar serves as our customer experience manager, working closely with customers to find the perfect sign solution. She works behind the scenes to ensure our customers are always satisfied with the end product.

Kenardo is a lead graphic designer specializing in ADA signage. He oversees the design and production process, including lasering and engraving.

Alison and Elyse are our production specialists. They assist with production and installation, and help maintain organization in our office and production space.

Tuesday is our excellent customer service representative, keeping the flow between new and returning customers receiving beautiful signs!
