Customer Reviews

Sometimes you need a real human being.
“Eric's expertise and generosity were a true reflection of what exceptional customer service looks like.”
Sometimes you need a real human being.
I had the pleasure of working with Eric at FastSigns Tacoma on a project that required redesigning, actually recreating a diagram for a book. The results were definitely not AI results. Sometimes you need a real human being. Eric's expertise and generosity were a true reflection of what exceptional customer service looks like. Highly recommend this location and this team.

Great mural that holds up all year!
“The material is very good — it holds up against the four seasons and doesn't fade. You will be very satisfied with their work.”
Great mural that holds up all year!
The mural is nice. The material that it was made from is very good — it holds up against the four seasons and doesn't fade. I would recommend anyone looking to get a sign made or a mural made from FASTSIGNS. You will be very satisfied with their work. They do very good work when it comes to making signs and murals.

Great product, design help, and customer service!
“Matt and his team always do a great job, not only with the finished product but also in helping with the design if needed, and recommendations on best materials to use.”
Great product, design help, and customer service!
Matt and his team always do a great job, not only with the finished product but also in helping with the design if needed, and recommendations on best materials to use. I originally asked for this watercolor rendition to be on foam core and they suggested another product that would hold up better. Wouldn't you know I dropped the sign as I was placing it in the home and it would have had a huge dent if foam core had been used. Thank you as well for your great customer service!

“I will definitely be getting my next yard signs from this business.”
    Great Customer Service!
This place has great customer service. I lost a receipt for a sign I purchased and Patsy was able to send a copy of my invoice to me immediately when I sent them an email asking about it. I will definitely be getting my next yard signs from this business.
