For the most part, experiences at FS14 have been positive. Responsive service, if a little pricey overall. Good product mix.
This time around I was very disappointed. I brought in a simple vinyl die-cut job on Tuesday, and was told, twice, that my job would be ready for Friday pickup, once when I dropped the job off, again when I called in a day later. When I showed up on Friday, the clerk said the job was "still in production". This was a time-sensitive job, and not having the product in hand Friday resulted in two disappointed clients, me and my client.
I will consider other options going forward, considering 1) a clear lack of internal communication and follow-through and 2) that FS14 did not pursue any recourse or remedy in this situation.
