FASTSIGNS® of Greenville, NC Expands In-House Capabilities Including Neon Sign Repair Services
(GREENVILLE, N.C.) August 7, 2017 – FASTSIGNS® of Greenville, NC franchisee Steve Kouroupas has acquired the neon assets of Greenville Awning and Canopy, further expanding his sign and visual graphics company.
Previously named Greenville Awning and Neon, Vince Vincent opened the business in 2004 and provided custom awnings, canopies as well as neon sign repairs. FASTSIGNS® of Greenville, NC will acquire Greenville Awning and Canopy’s neon fabrication equipment, neon finished goods and neon parts inventory, and will take on the existing and future neon customer base.
“Incorporating the neon business from Greenville Awing and Canopy is a perfect fit for our mission at FASTSIGNS® of Greenville, NC of helping customers with any and all of their sign, graphic and visual marketing needs,” Kouroupas said. “My team and I are very excited about expanding our in-house capabilities and adding neon sign repairs and redesigns to our already extensive service offering.”
Mr. Vincent added, “By divesting the neon business, we are able to now fully focus on the growth of our awning and canopy business, and we are pleased to hand off that portion of our customer base to FASTSIGNS where we know they will be well taken care of.”
After a successful career in the corporate world, Kouroupas relocated to Greenville and became an entrepreneur, opening his FASTSIGNS franchise location earlier this year and quickly combining it with the acquisition of Mammoth Signs and Printing.
