The banner is being circulated and signed by evacuees who are scattered across southern Colorado. This banner will be permanently posted in Rye when the town is off mandatory evacuation.     We switched from major online retailers to our local FASTSIGNS after meeting the owner, Jesse. I wish we would’ve done it a lot sooner.
