Signage Revamps Local Laundromat’s Visibility and Community Connection

The Challenge: 

After experiencing severe damage from a hurricane, Local Spin did a full renovation. As a result, they needed signs to raise local brand awareness, connect with military installations and instruct customers on machine use while ensuring a safe and clean environment. 

The Solution: 

FASTSIGNS® created signs that aligned with the customer’s colors and themes. A large illuminated channel letter sign enhanced visibility and a massive two-sided cabinet logo sign welcomed customers. A temporary coroplast sign with an interchangeable component allowed them to easily change their messaging, and a roof-mounted banner announced that the business was “Now Open.” A long aerial photograph of the coastline with military boats and planes was transformed into an impressive wall graphic that conveyed support in a military community. Two foam core signs presented the “Rules of Engagement” for the location, and stickers identified washer and dryer machines. A creative window perf solution helped reduce cooling costs within the city’s window coverage restrictions. In addition, a variety of signage solutions from floor mats to business cards, QR codes and more, communicated a professional presence. 

The Result:

Even before the laundromat opened, it received great attention from local officials and residents, and people loved the giant aerial photograph mural. The project and customer relationship were so successful that they continue to partner on future projects.
