Park West / Servitas

The Challenge:

Park West is a 30-year public-private partnership with Texas A&M University as well as the largest student housing project ever built at one time. Developer Servitas was tasked with the marketing, design, construction and operation of the 3400-bed student housing project in College Station, TX.

The Solution:

To market the project well in advance of the opening, FASTSIGNS® provided promotional signs and flags. Throughout the site, carefully placed site signs in various sizes and dimensions, as well as acrylic displays, vehicle graphics and wall graphics, called attention to the project while in progress. Construction and compliance signs were used to promote safety.

The finished property featured brushed metal dimensional letters throughout for a modern look that included both illuminated and backlit letters. Monument signs were designed with a clean look of mixed materials for a unique approach.

Unique, bright-color wall graphics were used to distinguish floor levels and the fully equipped fitness center. The distinct look and feel of the student property was incorporated into the interior and exterior wayfinding signs and graphics, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant signage.

The Result:

FASTSIGNS helped market the project to students and parents, and played a role in the design and construction of the project. The signs and visual marketing elements of the student housing site are all consistent and fit the look and feel of the property. Park West student housing is currently exceeding targeting leasing levels.
