also a plus.
2. Working at Fastsigns has definitely helped my attention to detail. I can spot a crooked decal from a mile away.
3. I would say my best asset to the store would be figuring out how to take the project from sales all the way to
the install. Whether it be through permitting, install logistics or coordinating with outside vendors.
4. I wouldn't say there is one aspect. But one that can be challenging at times is permitting.
5. In my spare time I enjoy watching sports and movies. I would say I know way too much useless movie
knowledge. But I'm a good trivia partner. For the most part I like coming home and relaxing with my wife and 2yr
old daughter. Remy, our golden retriever, is a lot of fun as well. -

I help keep the team supported with all of the tools needed to help our customers.4. What’s the most challenging aspect of your job and how do you tackle it?
It's custom work, so matching a customer's vision to an actual sign in their budget can be a challenge, but sometimes constraints help create the best solutions.
5. What are some interesting fun facts about you (interests, hobbies, favorite movies, etc.)?
My family has owned border collies for seven generations. Our border collie Findlay is named after the street
Crosley Field was on. -

I like that there is always something to do. If design is completed, there's usually production to be done. The
workday goes by fast.
2. What’s one thing you learned at Fastsigns that you use daily?
To slow down. I can tend to get in a hurry, but it's better to slow down and make sure I'm doing a task correctly rather than hurry and make a mistake.
3. How does your role contribute to the success of the team/store?
My role contributes to the success of the store by setting up the art for our clients and ensuring the art gets into production promptly.4. What’s the most challenging aspect of your job and how do you tackle it?
Currently, the most challenging part of my job is coming up with new ways to spice up the estimate reviews when assisting sales.
5. What are some interesting fun facts about you (interests, hobbies, favorite movies, etc.)?
I enjoy doing art--charcoal, colored pencils, painting, etc. Occasionally I enjoy video games when I'm not busy. I also like to cook. -

Being in direct contact with every customer that walks through the door or calls the store.4. What's the challenging aspect of your job and how do you tackle it?
A challenging aspect of the job is staying organized. I stay organized by leaving myself meticulous notes and utilizing a calendar.
5. What are some interesting fun facts about you?
In my free time I enjoy playing soccer or skydiving. -

- I enjoy creative problem solving and that everyday presents new challenges. No two days at FASTSIGNS are the
same!
2. What’s one thing you learned at Fastsigns that you use every day?
-I've become much more handy and lost my fear of heights and ladders.3. How does your role contribute to the success of the team/store?
-Im able to help with larger projects and maintain strong attention to detail. I'm able to keep track of timelines and ensure jobs are done on time and done correctly.
4. What’s the most challenging aspect of your job and how do you tackle it?
-It's hard being just one person. I'm often needed for site surveys, sales meetings, production, installs, and answering questions others have so my biggest hurdle right now is my time. I try to make myself available through call or text at all hours so I can make sure everything is getting done.
5. What are some interesting fun facts about you (interests, hobbies, favorite movies, etc.)?
-I'm on 3 tournament softball teams, I'm a basketball referee, and I've been to well over 500 concerts.
