Professional and goes above and beyond!
Dilpreet was so professional! This is our second sign we had made by them! They are great and they go above and beyond! We even needed some extra screws and they offered to provide those to us (free of charge). We were able to make it work, but, again, they showed genuine interest!

Rick Kline of FASTSIGNS was on top of this project from the first moment I reached out to them. He was super responsive, helpful, and professional. He delivered completely as promised and even went out of his way to scope the site and return later to add some final touches. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Exceptional Service, Ahead of Schedule!
“Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they also accommodated several last-second changes and still completed everything ahead of the promised window.”
    Exceptional Service, Ahead of Schedule!
This was our second time working with Dilpreet, the owner of FASTSIGNS Chicago Magnificent Mile, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The first time, Dilpreet and his team delivered beautiful work even faster than we requested. This time, we brought them a rush order with highly specific requirements and strict compliance guidelines. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they also accommodated several last-second changes and still completed everything ahead of the promised window. We could not be happier with the service, attention to detail, and the signs themselves. We will absolutely be returning to this FASTSIGNS location to work with Dilpreet and his team!

    They did an excellent job
I had a small sign made with my mother’s name so that I could attach it to her walker. They did an excellent job. The sign looks great and it was done in one day.
