Meet Our Team

Clark earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegi e Mellon University. He returned to school sometime later and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

He worked for several major companies in his career including General Motors, General Electric, and Molex Incorporated, holding various positions in Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Management. He served as a Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award examiner for the National Institute of Standards (NIST) during the year 1990, participating on the lead quality audit team. Clark transferred to Florida in 1992 and has headed FASTSIGNS® since 2001.

Our Operations Manager, Michelle, just celebrated her 15th year anniversary from joining our team in 2008! She has a Bachelor’s degree from USF St. Petersburg and has been working in the Small Business setting since 1999.

Michelle handles all aspects of the day to day operations of our center. She manages all of the construction/sign permitting processes throughout the region along with the office's various insurance needs. Michelle oversees our Marketing efforts at the local level and is our contact person at the national level with FASTSIGNS International. She also handles the bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and payroll.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves to travel the world, going on new adventures, and loves being a mom!

Sarah joined Fastsigns South Tampa in the summer of 2018, transferring from a high volume Fastsigns center in Clive, Iowa! She has made herself an essential part of the team and is quickly rising as a well-rounded and knowledgeable salesperson in the field of signage, graphics, and visual communications. 

Prior to her FASTSIGNS career, Sarah worked in several businesses, most notable managing a salon for 13 years.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and at the beach.

Adam graduated from USF in 2006 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Leadership. After working in the IT and Network Engineering field for six years, he left to pursue something more creative and has been working in Marketing and Brand Management. He joined FASTSIGNS in 2016 and loves helping our customers realize the vision for their company's brand and identity needs. Let him know how he can help you!  He is also our company representative at the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

Adam enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and with his family.

Lauren graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design in 2014. After that, she worked for several years with various sign
companies and independently as a graphic designer.

She joined this FASTSIGNS in October of 2017 as a graphic designer. Two months later,
she moved to Outside Sales where she is excelling tremendously.

Using her background in design, she is able offer her clients unique and creative ideas for their signage needs. In less than a year she received the FASTSIGNS Bronze sales
award, Silver the next year as well as the FASTSIGNS International Rookie of the Year
award. Every year following, she has received a Gold award. 

Bryan joined FASTSIGNS in 2016. He is our CNC Router machinist and an asset to our team. He is responsible for operating and maintaining our router as well as learning new ways to accurately cut and shape a variety of substrates.

Bryan graduated from University of Miami with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.

Scarlett is our "Rosie the Riveter", assisting with the logistical, operational and production side of our sign company. She started out as our part time admin assistant and quickly grew to the role of assistant production manager.

Yes, she is a workaholic but she has an exciting and diverse life outside of work: dressing up as a pirate named Dr. Scarlett Smash and hosting a number of hit marine science and conservation podcasts and being a steward of nature.

Kurt joined our team in August 2023.  He quickly became an asset to our office as our Inside Sales Representative and Project Manager.  

Kurt was born in Tokyo, Japan, and spent his formative years overseas in Japan, China, Taiwan, and South Korea. At 19, he left South Korea to go to college at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Kurt moved to Florida in 2011 to enjoy the warmth and the sunshine.

Kurt likes to go to music festivals, concerts, play guitar, and play with 3D printers in his spare time.
