Meet Our Team

Mike got his opportunity to live his dream of designing when Leigh and Dave decided to take a chance on an unproven art school student. He had no professional design or sign experience and was new to the Annapolis area. Even though he was hired on a part time basis, Mike showed up every day, all day, willing to learn the sign business. When the opportunity to run the large format printers arose, he didn’t hesitate to jump right in. With minimal training he rose to the occasion and learned as much as he could about the printing end of the business while continuing to support the Senior Designer with design projects. Now it is his turn to take the reigns as the longest tenured employee with FASTSIGNS Annapolis.

When not working, Mike enjoys reading, traveling (when possible), watching movies, collecting albums and listening to music all with his wife and 2 (one a newbie) sons.

Hi, I'm Dan! Some of my favorite hobbies include skateboarding and playing drums. I love cooking but I'm also an avid Taco Bell enthusiast.

Hello! My name is Oral Francis, Jr. I like to consider myself as a “Creative Problem Solver.” I have always had a passion for art (of all sorts) & talking to people! Now I have merged the two and found my new home!

I’ve had the pleasure to receive my bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University ‘17. After 5 years in the Food & Beverage Industry and 9+ years of Customer Service, I have transitioned into becoming a Sales Support Assistant here at FASTSIGNS. I will be the “go to guy” for our wonderful clients and team! (Inquiries, Sales, Production, Etc.)

When I’m not at work you can find me cooking, cake decorating, painting, wine tasting or sitting outside admiring nature.

Fun Fact: I love turtles!

Names Hector, proud father, former chef and sign production specialist. Before FASTSIGNS welcomed me with open arms I used to do monument sign installations in Upstate New York and New Jersey, but my home will always Annapolis, so it's a huge privilege to be part of this team.

In my spare time, I'm an active person and a nature enthusiast. I especially enjoy a good bike ride from here to there and the amount of miles I can cover when it's just me and the outdoors. My favorite saying is: "Improvise, Adapt, Overcome, then Adapt Again"

Rick has 25 years of sign experience. He grew up in a "sign family!" He operates the crane truck and fabricates more intricate signs. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his daughter.
