Exceptional customer service is rare
We needed several posters for my mother's visitation on very short notice, and Matthew went above and beyond from start to finish. From our very first conversation, he was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. He immediately got to work on a quote and guided me through every step of the process. He made sure my account was set up correctly, confirmed I was able to upload my artwork, verified my pricing, and had a proof ready for me almost immediately.
Although I was initially told the posters would be ready the following day, Matthew worked hard to complete everything the very same day. During such a difficult time for my family, that level of service meant more than I can express.
When I arrived to pick them up, I was blown away by the quality of the posters. They turned out beautifully. What impressed me even more, though, was the personal care I received. Matthew remembered me, offered his sincere condolences for the loss of my mother, and treated me with genuine compassion rather than as just another customer.
