Meet Our Team

Marketing, visual communications, and sales management are my primary schooling and background experiences. This allows me to successfully help our clients accomplish their goals through a comprehensive plan, outstanding design, and detailed execution. As the owner of two small businesses here in the Lehigh Valley, I understand the considerations and processes our clients need to navigate as they strive to improve their branding and communication.

I am a big believer in continuous personal and professional development. That is why I dedicate significant time to various programs and organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Board Lehigh Valley, and many more that support business development and education. Helping another organization achieve its goals provides me with a huge sense of satisfaction. Supporting educational initiatives and programs is another top priority for me.

My roles are to mentor our staff to help them perform at their highest possible levels and to build partnerships within our community. Doing these successfully has allowed us to prosper and in return be great corporate citizens.

Kevin's background is mainly in business and operations. He handles all of the financial and other responsibilities that keep us running smoothly. Having started in purchasing for the legendary Hess's Department stores he has been integral in many other aspects of both of his Lehigh Valley companies. Human Resources, Accounting, and Customer Service Management are all areas he has trained in and developed over his career. At one point, he ensured over 100 staff members in three locations all received the support they needed to be successful. For FASTSIGNS of Easton, he provides the expertise and guidance necessary to prosper in these ever-changing times.

Joining us in 1994, Mark has been a valuable addition to the team. In the shop, his attention to detail is second to none. Mark is skilled in many areas of fabrication from planning how to attack a challenge to fine details for finishing the last steps. Building dirt track race cars for his sons has given him plenty of experience that crosses over to signage fabrication. 

As a lead installation tech, Mark is dedicated to providing quality workmanship done on time, as you expected. Whether he's digging holes at a construction site in less than enjoyable weather or installing a showpiece in a corporate lobby we know he's going to go above and beyond for every one of our clients.

Steve is our master of many trades. His background in mechanical systems and electronics installation, troubleshooting, and repair provides him with an ideal skill set for overseeing our fabrication and installation processes. Coming to our sister company in 2000 from an international lab equipment supplier Steve has continued increasing his knowledge and capabilities by adding OSHA, manufacturer, and trade group certifications.

Steve's constant research of new processes, materials, and equipment allows us to offer superior quality and cutting-edge solutions. By combining his technical capabilities with an upbeat and professional attitude he engages clients in ways that help us provide superior service.

Joining us in 2016, Mary brought many years of customer service experience to our team. Her background in retail and banking customer relations has been very beneficial to our clients as she assists them in various ways.  

With many years of being an avid crafter, Mary also assists in production and fabrication. Her experience provides a solid foundation for working on many types of processes, with many different materials, and a wide variety of equipment.  

Christina joined our team in 2021 and hit the shop running thanks to her being in the sign and display industry since 2004. With us, her focus is graphic design and output. Her background includes several areas including pre-press, build sheets, color management, fabrication, and installations. She had run just about every type of printer there is. Running routers and other finishing equipment are also on her list of skills. The wide range of experiences gives her keen insight into how we ensure your project exceeds your expectations.

Christina is also our production coordinator for several of our large-volume clients. She understands their nuances and strives to make partnering with us efficient and stress-free.  

Joining the team in 2022, Chris brings all of the fabrication skills, creativity, and attention to detail that he has developed over years of building custom motorcycles to the world of sign making.

In the shop, Chris enjoys having a hand in the production of the many unique projects we design for our customers. While in the field, Chris really enjoys the challenge of a difficult installation. Whether climbing to unnerving heights or fighting the elements, he is committed to getting the job done and ensuring that our customers are more than happy with the installation of their signage.
