Local Resident Makes Business Dream a Reality

(GENEVA, IL) March 2021 - FASTSIGNS® of Geneva, IL, located at 1115 Randall Ct. is now open for business under franchisee Jason Scharrer. Scharrer, who grew up about just north of the area, has a degree in graphic design and has been working in the printing and graphics industry for nearly 20 years, which includes a brief two-year time in college working forFASTSIGNS.

In addition to Scharrer, the team at FASTSIGNS consists of Sydney Hanchett, Visual Communications Specialist and Joshua Lothson as Graphic Design/Production Specialist. Sydney is a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in psychology who plans to get her MBA with a focus on marketing. Joshua has been working in the printing and graphics industry for a few years after graduating from college with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. He has some great real-world experience working with flatbed printers, dye sublimation, laying vinyl and creating trade show displays.

“When I worked at FASTSIGNS nearly 20 years ago I recognized what a great franchise it was. I always had it in the back of my mind that if I was ever in a position to be able to start my own FASTSIGNS franchise, I would jump at the opportunity,” said Scharrer. “I have been working toward this goal for a long time, and I am incredibly excited to get started.”

FASTSIGNS® of Geneva, IL looks forward to joining their local chamber of commerce in addition to other marketing and networking groups. The center is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and FASTSIGNS is offering a 10% discount off $500 or more for in-house projects during their first 60 days in business as a community courtesy.
