    At a time when genuine customer service seems increasingly hard to find, Zach and Crystal at FASTSIGNS of High Point truly stand out. Zach was incredibly patient and diligent in helping me turn a somewhat pixelated image into a vinyl decal for my truck. Even more impressive, both Zach and Crystal showed tremendous grace and understanding when I made a mistake after the product had already been created. Professional, patient, accommodating, and genuinely kind: these are people who care about their customers. I couldn’t recommend FASTSIGNS of High Point, Zach, and Crystal more highly!

    5++++ STARS for FASTSIGNS!!! I initially ordered a sign from an online company. It was almost 2 weeks overdue and must have been lost in the great abyss of the shipping industry world, as I have yet to receive it. I was desperate to get the sign completed and began searching one-day sign service. FASTSIGNS of High Point, NC came through! I contacted Ms. Tucker at approximately 11 a.m., and after I explained my predicament, their team jumped into action. I really appreciate the fact that they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I approved the proof a short time later, and the banner was ready for pickup around 3:30 p.m. The finished product is PHENOMENAL! I am very pleased with the entire process. As a side note, be sure to check your email regularly during the production process to get all the updates and status of your project. The entire staff was great to work with, and I highly recommend FASTSIGNS of High Point, NC.
