SMEI Announces Catherine Monson as 2018 Ambassador of Free Enterprise

NEW YORK, NY - Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) recognizes individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the free enterprise system through leadership and demonstrated expertise in the areas of selling, marketing, or business leadership.  Honorees are business executives who have played a major role in leading a company and have demonstrated their belief in the value of sales and marketing disciplines in that success.  Honorees are also individuals of high moral character who demonstrate good business ethics.

SMEI announced today that Catherine Monson, CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., will be inducted into the Sales & Marketing Hall of Fame in the SMEI Academy of Achievement as the 2018 Ambassador of Free Enterprise.

A special tribute and presentation ceremony will take place in Houston, TX, on January 19, 2018 at the 2018 FASTSIGNS International Convention.

SMEI President Willis Turner stated "While corporate America is being forced to take a closer look at itself, it is refreshing to honor an individual like Ms. Monson whose leadership is a professional beacon for today's business."
