Ordering print from another country is usually where things go wrong. Not here. I'm based in England and needed an Orient 800 double-sided banner produced in Canada and delivered to Laval for an event, so I contacted Matthew and the team at FASTSIGNS of Ottawa. Everything was excellent from first email to final delivery.
Communication was quick, clear and professional throughout, which matters a lot when you're working across a five-hour time difference and can't just pop into the store. I supplied all the artwork to spec and the design proofing process was smooth and precise – no chasing, no ambiguity, and the proofs came back exactly as expected.
Matthew also arranged everything on the logistics side to my requirement, including a courier delivery to Laval with signed-for, recorded delivery so I had confirmation the banner had arrived safely. That extra step gave me complete peace of mind from the other side of the Atlantic.
The finished banner was exactly what I ordered and arrived on time for the event. If you're a UK or overseas client looking for a Canadian signage partner you can genuinely rely on, I can't recommend Matthew and the FASTSIGNS of Ottawa team highly enough. I'd use them again without hesitation.
