    Had an older model display board and reached out to FASTSIGNS as I was having trouble finding a replacement remote. I searched all over trying to find this with no luck. I called FASTSIGNS and talked to Scott Dary, explaining what I needed. He found the exact remote online and directed me to what I needed in less than 30 minutes. He could have easily passed me off, but instead went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

    The work was done well and quickly. However, I’ve asked multiple times for a copy of the digital graphics file, which was paid for. I’ve not received the file, nor have I received any response to my requests for it. Edited: I received a call from one of the owners shortly after posting this review. The file was sent to me, and it was explained that there will be better communication for these requests in the future. I’ve updated the review to 5 stars from 2 stars.

    Nicole and team did an excellent job installing Auntie Anne's window graphics at Tulsa Premium Outlets. They were extremely fast in getting the project printed and installed and very reasonably priced. We have done several of these projects in different cities and this was by far the smoothest of them all. I highly recommend this location and Nicole!
