Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

I enjoy working with my team. Right now is one of the best teams that I have had. Some of them have a lot of experience in our eld and it is amazing how we can work to solve challenges for our clients.

Most Memorable Project:

Peterson Event Center food pavilion updates. We had 1 week to print and install 10 areas. It was amazing how we all came together to determine best printing method and installation timeline. WOW! We accomplished a lot.

Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

Being able to connect with customers, not only on a professional level but on a personal level as well. I have made many new friends that are also my clients!

Most Memorable Project:

My very first project Jackson Kelly, Law firm stands out because they were unsure on where to place their logo and I suggested using Matte dimensional letters on their industrial front desk and it turned GREAT! Providing the best customer service is what I strive for!

Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

Most Memorable Project:

We once installed a huge vertical banner on the facade of a ten story building downtown that was to be revealed during a big public event. The mayor of Pittsburgh was in attendance! We had hung a massive curtain of black parachute cloth over the front of the banner, and had FASTSIGNS people hiding in the landscaping waiting to release the ropes and let the big curtain drop. Even though we had tested it several times it was pretty tense hoping everything would go right once all of the VIPs were watching. Thankfully it went off without a hitch, and we got a huge pat on the back from our customer. The event was a total success. It was a great feeling!

Production Manager

Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

It is never the same day twice. I get to work on several projects simultaneously. I have learned to use new equipment too so that is always fun working on the router. I can't wait for the next new piece of equipment.

Most Memorable Project:

I enjoyed working on the signage for Peterson Events Center. We had a lot to do and not a lot of time to do get it printed, routed and ready for install but we did it together as a team!

Christie Boyer & Luke and Boo
Graphic Designer

Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

I get to be a problem solver while using my creativity. Almost every day my co-workers and I get to collaborate on projects to figure out the best way to do them. It's always so interesting to hear everyone's different thought processes. It's very exciting to see all our hard work come to fruition.

Most Memorable Project:

Wolfies Pub. I was given the task of creating a logo for Bob Wolfinger's new restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh. It was a fun logo to create and he ended up going with two retrofit signs for the front of the restaurant and window graphics. We also printed and installed a wall mural that some graphic design students from Point Park College designed.

Vehicle Wraps

Favorite Thing About Role at FASTSIGNS:

We offer such a wide range of custom products at FASTSIGNS that there really is no typical day for me. One day I may be at my desk designing custom graphics for clients and the next I could be on location somewhere applying new graphics onto the side of a vehicle. I love it.

Most Memorable Project:

One time I had to wrap a kiosk that promoted a giant wearable thumb. One of our clients developed a giant prosthetic thumb that you could wear and raise to hail a ride on Lyft (you know, like a hitchhiker would.) That client develops tech marketing projects for trade shows and they call on us to apply the final touches.
