    A full 5 stars for the professionalism of this company. Mistakes sometimes happen; how a company handles the mistake is a true testament to the quality of their customer service. We had recently received an order with errors. Once errors were reported, FASTSIGNS took action, expedited recreating the order with the needed corrections, and then expedited the shipping of the correct order... all over a holiday weekend!!! We knew the order was expedited... probably received it a good 3 days before we were actually expecting it. A huge shout-out to Leyanne Chartier for being a great rep for us!! Great communication and quick response! Great customer service goes a long way these days... so happy to be a continued customer of FASTSIGNS!
