FASTSIGNS® of Pittsburgh-City/South has recently expanded its team by adding JJ Potasiewicz and Heather Warmke.
A true professional in his field, JJ Potasiewicz has experience that spans almost every role and type of project in the sign industry where he has worked for almost 25 years. These roles include sign maker, designer, installer, production manager, outside salesman, project manager, and consultant.
Potasiewicz began his career in the sign industry as a production manager at FASTSIGNS in the 90s. He created and refined the Gatekeeper System of production management that was later adopted system-wide.He eventually became the Operations Manager at FASTSIGNS® of Pittsburgh-City/South and later went on to work for architectural and electrical sign companies on a broad range of interesting and complex projects including museum exhibits, institutional wayfinding sign programs, large scale electrical sign installations and even hand painting large scale lettering on a water tower. When he’s not at work, he spends his free time outdoors trail running, mountain biking, and adventure racing.

As Vice President and Co-Creator of a small business, Heather Warmke created, developed and started the first Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice cream store, in Pittsburgh, PA. In developing the small business, she was able to make multiple connections to large and small businesses, develop and educate a strong staff, and continue teaching Science to adults and children alike.
Warmke has a proven ability to adapt to a multitude of situations as witnessed by her seventeen-year career in the fields of education, curriculum design, implementation, knowledge of the best teaching practices, clinical experience, advising, B2B sales and communication development. She excels with her sales aptitude and is skilled in Sales Operations, Sales force development, Project Management and Management Training. Most of all, she understands that finding a successful solution makes a true difference to the customers she serves. For the benefit of the customer, she knows that it becomes their responsibility to succeed.
