Paul LeBlanc talks about the rapid pivot he had to make, from making signage and bus wraps for BC's tourism industry, to making floor signage ("Keep two metres apart!") and plexiglass shields, to help protect retail employees and customers and arrest the spread of COVID-19. Paul discusses the toll the pandemic has taken on his business, and also, how his team's quick thinking and creativity (including digging out some rarely used supplies they'd had in the shop for years) has helped FASTSIGNS to keep employees on the payroll and stay in business during the health crisis.
