Renee graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce and Administration. 2026 marks Renee’s 39th year with FASTSIGNS!

Over the years, Renee has been named Orlando Business Journal Women Who Mean Business, Business Owner of the Year, Jewish Federation Mensch of the Month, Best Buddies Community Champion, and Central Florida Women's Resource Center Summit Award winner for community service. She is a charter member of the Business As Usual Networking Group in Orlando. Recently in May of 2023, Renee was named as one of Orlando Magazine's Women Who Move the City! She is very passionate about helping customers with signage and printing solutions, providing the best products and services, developing a happy and productive team and giving back to the community. She loves spending time with her daughter, Haley, family, and friends. Renee enjoys scuba diving, cycling, golfing and relaxing at the beach. “Roll Tide Ya’ll!”

Richard has lived in the Orlando area since 1985, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida. He has extensive experience in management and logistics in the concrete industry. As Vice President of Operations, he oversees projects and is often on sight for many installations. He is passionate about excellent quality and customer service. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid fan of Alabama football, the New York Yankees, and Orlando City Soccer.

Kris began his career with FASTSIGNS in October 2001 and has worked in production, graphics, sales, installation and is now the Graphics and Production Manager. He exemplifies the whatever it takes attitude for his customers and FASTSIGNS! Kris was born in Massachusetts and grew up in Orlando, FL. He enjoys watching and playing sports, camping, fishing, and riding his dirt bike.

Darrell King was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia before relocating to Central Florida. An outstanding athlete, he played for the UCF Knights football team while also earning an AA on top of a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an additional Bachelor in Legal Studies. Darrell is no stranger to success. With over 20 years of installation experience, he is truly an expert in his field. Off the clock, Darrell enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. If he isn’t with them, you can find him out playing softball or on the golf course. 

Kayla Bratager graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and has been with FASTSIGNS since December 2016. Excellent at keeping the work flow optimized, Kayla is a driving force behind our success. It is because of her we also have her dog Oslo, who visits the office now and then! At every opportunity, Kayla and Oslo enjoy outdoor activities such as going to the beach and paddle boarding. This dynamic duo can also be spotted at baseball games for the Tampa Bay Rays! 

Christina Pallitto, a Boston University alumna from the Class of 2006, is a skilled Permitting and Installation Coordinator. With a background in HR, accounting, and customer service, she excels in optimizing processes and ensuring smooth project execution. Known for her adaptability and versatility, Christina is a valuable asset to our team.

With over 25 years of graphic design experience in the signage and T-shirt industry, Andrea is an undeniably strong asset to our team! Despite her years of signage experience, she also has years of travelling experience, as her husband was in the Marine Corps. When she has free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and visiting Disney!

Gregory is a dedicated graphics industry professional with over 18 years of experience. From production and printing, to outside sales, he’s a signage veteran! Outside of work, you’ll find him at his nephew’s soccer games, church on Sundays, Crunch Fitness, or spending time with his family.

Originally from Baltimore, MD, Maeve is one of our talented Account Managers here at FASTSIGNS West Orlando. From St. Louis to Orlando, she brings with her a PDR certification and years of autobody work experience, contributing to her vast technical knowledge of the sign industry. When she’s not at our center, you can find her outdoors either camping or hiking, and/or with her pets, Arya and Mo.

Peter began his career with FASTSIGNS in February 2026. A University of Central FL Graduate, Peter earned his degree in Elementary Education, and worked as both a Teacher and Dean for 19 years, earning him ‘Teacher of the Year” in 2016. Born in New York but raised in Altamonte Springs, FL, he’s a sports fan who both watches and plays sports. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his four children.

An Orlando native, Nigel is an EC Glass School graduate, who also attended Westside Tech, in Orlando, for multimedia production. He has been with FASTSIGNS West Orlando for 5 years now, and when he’s not completing beautiful installations, you can find him trying new foods, watching Marvel movies, and spending time with his kids.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's in Biology, and has worked with FASTSIGNS for over 5 years. He started in sales in 2020, but has since worked in several different roles, including design, production and installation. Currently a student in chiropractor school, when he has downtime he enjoys playing sports and music, and being a foodie!

Daniel has over a decade of graphic design experience, making him a seasoned designer in our center. Even outside of the center, he loves working on custom digital illustrations. Daniel enjoys playing video games and is an avid reptile enthusiast!

Leola studied Strategic Communications at Flagler College. Before joining FASTSIGNS in July 2025 as an Executive and Sales Assistant, she spent 14 months as an Au Pair in Zaragoza and Paris. Leola now leads our marketing campaigns, bringing strong organizational skills and a positive attitude to our team. In her free time, she enjoys socializing with friends, reading, and exploring new cuisines.
