HCA Chippenham Hospital faced the monumental task of rolling out EXPANSE — a sophisticated new healthcare records software — across seven campuses simultaneously. The challenge was building genuine excitement among busy physicians while managing a complex, week-long timeline with overlapping events. Starting with a blank canvas and no preset guidelines, the client required a partner to take complete creative control of the conceptualization, logistics and installation without disrupting critical hospital operations.
The Solution:
FASTSIGNS® delivered a comprehensive solution by developing three distinct themes: “Spring into Expanse,” “Wild about Expanse” and “Cruising into Expanse.” To transform conference rooms into high-energy environments, the team utilized a mix of custom visuals. High-impact stretch fabric stands anchored the rooms, while 3D backdrops with LED-illuminated letters serve as visual focal points. Custom-built floral vase walls showcased attendee favors, and life-sized foam cutouts added interactive, on-theme moments. Because many launches occurred simultaneously, FASTSIGNS managed a precise logistical schedule, executing after-hours setups and transporting materials between campuses overnight to ensure a flawless brand experience across every location.
The Result:
The transformation was so dramatic that many attendees remarked how they couldn’t believe they were in the same room.
