Creating a Wave of Inspiration and Privacy at Brown & Brown Insurance
The Challenge:
Brown & Brown Insurance, an influential, leading independent insurance brokerage company, was in the process of launching a new office near the Jersey Shore. They faced a unique challenge. The main entryway was entirely glass, providing no privacy for the newly constructed client meeting rooms. The company needed a solution that would provide privacy without sacrificing the open and bright feel. Additionally, they wanted to add elements that inspired their team and leveraged the ambiance of the shore.
The Solution:
A wave theme, created using a combination of vinyl and etched window films, greets clients at the entryway and is carried throughout the new office space on meeting room glass doors and wall murals. FASTSIGNS also concealed framing from an unfinished end to a partition wall added during construction using blue vertical vinyl strips placed on either side of the main doors. Meeting rooms were designed with a textured vinyl to mimic the fabric on the furniture in the space. The main workspace featured a wave word cloud wall mural for employee inspiration. To bring a sense of modern style to the office, the breakroom was enlivened with a backlit cheetah print SEG frame with blue accents, while a blue cheetah fabric print wrapped an unsightly column. A shore-themed mural with spot UV highlights added to the mood, and a dimensional plaque in the conference room added depth. Privacy film on interior doors, along with twelve canvas art prints, contributed to the stylish and contemporary atmosphere.
The Result:
The creative visuals seamlessly addressed Brown & Brown Insurance’s challenges while maintaining an open feel, ensuring privacy and a sleek solution to conceal framing. The visual transformation exceeded expectations, enhancing style and privacy, and was completed on time and within budget, reinforcing a growing client relationship.
