Visual Solutions Open New Medical Spa to Possibilities

The Challenge

The client was opening a new medical spa. They wanted a high-end lobby and consistent branding throughout. They were looking for visual solutions for the exterior and interior of the office as well as promotional items. They also wanted to make sure the spa felt calming and tranquil. 

The Solution 

To draw attention to the front of the office space in a mall setting, FASTSIGNS® wrapped the tile floors with an anti-slip textured floor vinyl graphic material. It was custom printed with the logo and a background of the repeating logo symbol. Because the client was not allowed to have area rugs in the mall’s common areas, this floor graphic served as a permanent solution “Welcome Mat”. Next, the graphics team designed visual solutions for the large front windows that faced the mall area. While privacy was important, the client also wanted to see movement inside and out. The team chose a decorative film called SX-9000 Clear Waters from www.decorativefilm.com, a FASTSIGNS vendor. The team installed the film on the large windows and then added white vinyl window graphics that featured the logo and relevant information, along with a cute verse on the door to draw attention and welcome their customers inside. For the entrance, the team designed and installed a sign above it made from acrylic, 3-dimensional custom printed foam letters that were mounted with standoffs from MBS. To further draw customers’ attention when they entered the spa, beautiful brushed gold 3-dimensional letters/foil on acrylic by Gemini were installed behind the reception desk in the waiting area. The team also applied a Phototex graphic on the back door with a motivational quote. To prepare the client for opening day and the medical spa’s ribbon-cutting, all business cards (raised foil suede), menus, and flyers, as well as raised foil swag bags were provided.

The Result

The ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Raleigh County Chamber was a huge success with a large turnout and the new facility received many compliments. The FASTSIGNS team was incredibly proud of this project, and the client was delighted with the outcome. The team continues to provide products and visual solutions as they continue to grow.
