I'm Shane Weddle, proud owner of FASTSIGNS in Fort Walton Beach/ Destin, Florida. With a background in the US Navy and the National Guard, I am a dedicated patriot and have a deep appreciation for those who have served or are currently serving in the military. I've also been a manufacturing leader in several market sectors with a focus on leadership and development. As a Licensed Electrical Sign Specialist, I bring my expertise and passion for quality signage to every project.

Since 2004, our FASTSIGNS has been serving the community, providing top-notch signage solutions for businesses and organizations. We take pride in our ability to deliver eye-catching, innovative, and effective signage that helps our clients stand out from the competition.

Andreia is the Operations Manager at FASTSIGNS, where she has proudly served for nearly 11 years. A U.S. Air Force Security Forces veteran, she brings discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic to every project.

With a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Andreia combines creativity with technical expertise. She is also a certified Avery Dennison vehicle and vinyl installer and is one of the few professionals who can confidently manage every aspect of a project, from sales and customer service to design, production, and installation. Her well-rounded experience allows her to ensure each project is completed with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Fluent in three languages, Andreia enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and believes that great communication is just as important as great design. She is known for being responsible, dedicated, and kind, always striving to provide outstanding service while building lasting relationships with clients and coworkers alike.

Whether she's helping bring a client's vision to life or overseeing complex signage projects from concept to completion, Andreia is passionate about delivering results that make a lasting impression.

Kaicey began her career at FASTSIGNS in 2022 as an Inside Sales/ Customer Service role. In just a few short years, she has taken on permitting, vendor selection and was promoted to our Office Manager position. While keeping the rest of us inline and being my handler, she truly excels at working with clients. Clients love this girl!

Leaning in and helping the rest of the team comes natural to Kaicey, she can often be found in the production area helping make signs, printing last minute projects and running products to clients. Feel free to call the shop and chances are, she is the team member that you are speaking with.

Eric Reffner is an integral member of the FASTSIGNS production and installation team, bringing nearly a year of dedication and expertise to our shop. As an Air Force retiree, Eric embodies the discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail that are essential to delivering high-quality results. His extensive experience as a welder makes him a key contributor to many of our custom fabrication projects, helping transform complex ideas into durable, expertly crafted signage. Whether he's fabricating structural components or assisting with installations, Eric's skill, reliability, and commitment to excellence make him a valued part of the FASTSIGNS team.

Logan Browning serves as the Business Development Specialist at FASTSIGNS, where he focuses on building strong relationships, connecting with local businesses, and helping clients find effective visual communication solutions. He has been part of the FASTSIGNS team for just under a year and brings a strong background in leadership, service, and community involvement to his role. Logan served in the United States Army for 10 years and currently serves as a City Councilman, giving him deep ties to the community and a unique understanding of the people and organizations he supports. His commitment to service, professionalism, and relationship-building makes him a valuable resource for businesses throughout the area.
