ADA-Compliant, Regulatory & Safety Signs in Houston
Compliance Signage Built Around Your Facility’s Needs
Any facility open to customers, clients, or employees needs regulatory signs, safety signs, and accessible signage that meet current standards. We design and produce these signs for Houston businesses, reviewing applicable specifications during the design stage before production begins to help reduce the risk of inspection issues and costly reprints.
We’re locally owned and operated in Houston, with graphic design, content development, and project management available under one roof. For accessible signage projects, we account for both the federal Americans with Disabilities Act and the Texas Accessibility Standards as they apply to your facility.

One Team from Design Through Installation
Compliance signage involves more than placing text on a panel. Sign purpose, wording, character proportions, tactile elements, finish, contrast, mounting location, and installation height can all affect whether a sign meets requirements once it’s in place.
Our visual communication team, project managers, and graphic designers coordinate projects from design through installation, so you have a single team managing every detail from start to finish.
Our compliance signage process includes:
- Design Coordination: We develop signage around the facility’s communication needs and applicable specifications.
- Specification Review: We review details such as tactile characters, Braille, contrast, finish, and intended mounting location before production.
- Sign Production: We fabricate approved signage using current sign-making technology and techniques.
- Project Management: We coordinate the full project through installation.
Regulatory, Safety & Accessible Signage Options
The right specifications depend on what each sign communicates and where it’s installed. Permanent room identification signs, directional signs, informational displays, and safety messages don’t all follow the same requirements.
Common signage categories include:
- Permanent Room Identification: Signs marking spaces such as restrooms and offices generally require raised tactile characters and Grade 2 Braille.
- Directional Signage: These signs guide visitors toward rooms, departments, exits, or other facility areas and generally don’t require tactile elements.
- Informational Signage: Signs that communicate policies, instructions, or other facility information in a clear visual format.
- Regulatory Signage: Signs that communicate requirements, restrictions, and facility rules to occupants and visitors.
- Safety Signage: Signs that identify hazards, prohibited actions, mandatory instructions, fire equipment, or safe conditions.
Not every sign requires tactile text or Braille. Building directories, occupant names, logos, and temporary signs displayed for seven days or less are generally excluded from certain accessible signage provisions. We consider each sign’s purpose rather than applying one specification across an entire facility.
We turn everyday spaces into exciting environments to meet your business goals.
