Shape Your Display Around Your Brand & Booth
Effective planning starts with what visitors need to understand first. We work with you to identify the central message, review available brand assets, consider the booth space, and account for the event schedule. From there, we develop a customized exhibit and display plan around the project scope.
Content development and design can be included when your message or artwork needs refinement. We also print completed exhibit and display projects, helping maintain consistent visuals across booth graphics, printed materials, and supporting event signage.
What to Expect During Your Display Project
After you contact us, we gather details about the event, booth arrangement, required display materials, available artwork, and project deadline.
We use that information to define the scope and determine the content, design, and printing work involved. Production timing depends on the display scope, artwork readiness, materials, and deadline, so we review these factors as part of the customized plan.
Our team has also responded when event materials needed replacement. One customer described us producing replacement materials and getting them to a hotel and convention center in time for an Orlando electrical show. That experience reflects our familiarity with event-focused visual communication projects.
Start Planning Your Orlando Trade Show Display
Our project quote request gives you space to share the event date, display needs, and overall scope. We use those details to identify the content development, design, and printing involved.
We create custom exhibits and event displays for conferences, conventions, and trade shows. The right format depends on the available floor space, what attendees can see from the aisle, and which message should command attention first.
Display elements to consider include:
Portable displays for adaptable exhibit arrangements.
Backdrop-style graphics that establish a branded booth environment.
Tabletop visuals for messages viewed at close range.
Branded event accessories that support the primary display.
Inflatable displays, pop-up tents featuring company logos, and flags.
Transport needs and setup requirements also influence display selection. Reusable components may support multiple events when their graphics, dimensions, and messaging remain appropriate. We customize each plan to the exhibitor, brand, and event space.
Planning for the Orange County Convention Center
The Orange County Convention Center has about 2.1 million square feet of exhibit space, and each show can have its own decorator instructions. Exhibitors should confirm the requirements for their event before finalizing display plans, particularly when graphics will be suspended or installed within venue-controlled areas.
Venue Rigging Requirements
Rigging means suspending or mounting elements such as overhead banners and static signs. Orange County Convention Center Exhibitor Services is the exclusive provider of exhibitor rigging and utilities. Venue rigging personnel must install show management and exhibitor rigging elements, including banners and static signs.
Exterior show-related banners are limited to general, show-specific branding under venue requirements. Exhibitor advertising visible from local roadways isn’t permitted. These rules are separate from our production of printed display materials, so exhibitors should coordinate venue-controlled work through the required event and convention center channels.
Information Needed for a Project Quote
Trade show display costs vary according to display size, materials, graphic complexity, quantity, and production requirements. A detailed project scope gives us the information needed to prepare a relevant quote.
Before requesting a quote, gather:
The display types and quantities being considered.
The available artwork and any content or design needs.
The event date and required project deadline.
Any venue or event-decorator requirements affecting the display.
Sharing these details early helps define the work accurately. It also keeps printed display planning distinct from installation, utilities, and rigging services controlled by the venue or show organizer.
